I have a 5 by 10 unit they jacked it up from 100 to 135 and the late fee is 35 dollars they are rude and unprofessional the rate went up because they are greedy went into estate storage and you will pay accordingly get your storage anywhere else
Polite, helpful made renting a space easy. Even with a fee hiccups with the code to open the gate. The communication was great and promptly resolved the issue.
