Reserved a storage unit on-line. Couldn't complete check-in on-line and had to East Lansing storage in person. Check-in was quick and staff were courteous and very helpful.
I've arrived and been waiting. It says on the website that they open at 9am. Google says 9:30am. It's 10:36am, and no one is here. No one is answering the phone.
