Bob, the construction supervisor for this neighborhood is absolutely awful. Our house is taking almost 2 month more than we were quoted, and Bob has absolutely no communication unless we initiate. We received a closing date of 12/21 , and the it was just pushed back to 12/28, costing us Christmas, because the drywall crew did not show up and Bob didn't notice for a week, because he rarely visits. I have purchased with Maronda in the past and I referred my brother to the same builder. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that he is receiving. The electric in his home is not working properly and Maronda shared with him that it is not their issue because he already purchased the home (less than one month ago). I would like to warn everyone that in this community the builders do not repair things that were not built to last past the first month.
