The initial set up and friendliness of this company was great and credit where credit is due, however the hot tub split during use which wasn’t our fault, and unfortunately excuses were made and the problem wasn’t dealt professionally at all, which highlighted a lack of good customer service and not admitting liability once a problem occurred and not compensating in any way.
