I have taken my dog to other vets for an issue she had and I felt like the other vets did every test they could charge me for and I never got the right treatment. Receptionist would rather take person phone calls than office calls and play games and watch videos on her phone than help anybody. Then the doctor gave my dog a cone so she wouldn't chew on her cast, but the cone was not large enough and she was able to do so. I called and asked if they had bigger cones, and they said yes. If they had bigger cones, why not give me one the first time. I call and the same receptionist told me to just take the cast off at home because 'it won't make a difference'. When our cat was too sick to be helped, the doctor respectfully and sensitively handled our loss; she was kind and followed through with a beautiful sympathy card from the office. Our dog was not eating a few weeks later. Dr. Bob did a requested surgery to remove a polyp. He prescribed an antibiotic following a one night stay at the clinic. Our dog healed quickly and back to her happy self again. There are dedicated staff members who meet many different challenges every day. May God bless them and the patients!
