East Lakes is awesome! We have tried a few centres with no luck for my kids who have not enjoyed swimming (think crying, screaming etc) - East Lakes were incredibly accomodating and motivated to help with their transition into their service, and with great success. We have had the same consistent teachers who are kind and great with kids. Other pools we had a very tough time with the kids feeling cold but this has absolutely not been an issue at EL. I cant fault East Lakes. Thanks for all you do!
BE WEARY OF RUDE MANAGER. To be honest the reason is because the manager was rude and condescending to me on our last visit. I approached the front desk to let Jannelle know it was very stuffy inside & I ask if it was ok for the air-conditioning to be put on. Janelle said yes, I then offered to close the windows, she was ok with that. When closed, I went to sit down with my son while we waited for his lesson. Changed from a Centre that uses floaties even for older kids aged 5 and have been so happy we did change. Both my kids love classes and have done more in the last month then they have their whole lives learning elsewhere from 3 months old. Facilities clean and air conditioner good in viewing area.
