BE WEARY OF RUDE MANAGER. To be honest the reason is because the manager was rude and condescending to me on our last visit. I approached the front desk to let Jannelle know it was very stuffy inside & I ask if it was ok for the air-conditioning to be put on. Changed from a Centre that uses floaties even for older kids aged 5 and have been so happy we did change. Both my kids love classes and have done more in the last month then they have their whole lives learning elsewhere from 3 months old. Facilities clean and air conditioner good in viewing area.
We are absolutely thrilled to have discovered East Lakes Swim Centre and it’s clear why this Centre receives consistent positive reviews. We recently completed the 5-day intensive swim program at East Lakes Swim Centre and I couldn’t be more impressed! Both of my children had the most amazing experience — they were excited to attend each day and made incredible progress in such a short time. The facility is clean and well-maintained, making it a safe and comfortable space for little one to learn.Their training program is well-structured and led by experienced instructors who are knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive.
