they take forever, spent an hour waiting for LAB RESULTS
I chose this place because of the ease getting an appointment. The front desk staff is nice enough, but you never know which doctor/nurse you’ll get, so there’s no continuity of care, let alone building a trusted relationship. They expect you to come in every 3 or 4 months regardless and will withhold refills if you don’t. There’s a reason it’s so easy to get an appointment here.
I will be looking for another team of doctors that can make me feel better all across!
