They don't care about the Residents. They don't notify you in advance when they finally decided to do some work on the Property. In over 5 years the Privacy Wall has not been raised even though they have the money. The Commons areas need care , tree branches hit you or you have to duck under them and you get a notification about your yard and sidewalk but they ignore the Common areas.
