Attended store to get refund or replacement of a therma cell (bug repellent). Therma cell sent email advising that they would refund store with all details…manager denied request and didn’t contact therma cell to gather further information…disappointing customer service…noting product was from another mitre 10, but full time travellers we did all the ground work calling and emailing therma cell Australia.
Visited today for silicone. The lady was helpful and friendly and knew what I needed better than I did...thank goodness. She then went on to help me further making a call to a friend seeing if they stocked e-bikes. She didn't have to do that but it was so nice of her. Well stocked shop, great service. 👍
