Dr. Alex at EK Dental is hands down the best dentist in Winnipeg! I've had issues with sensitivity that nobody else could solve and Dr. Alex understood the problem and found a solution. The hygienists are also great and the location is conveniently right on Henderson. I'd highly recommend EK dental to anyone looking for a new dentist especially if you're located in the north-east quadrant of Winnipeg (although it would be worth the drive even if you are not!)
I brought in a denture for what should have been a simple repair. The repair failed shortly after, and even after a second attempt, the teeth still weren’t securely bonded and there were visible marks and residue left on the appliance. I only came for a dental cleaning, and I paid $126, even that my insurance paid 80%🙏 So, in total it was $631.5. At other clinics, I've always been charged for 2 units of Scaling time, but here I was charged for 4 units🤯, which felt excessive for the same service. Nothing special here! Also they charged $131.6 for 2 minutes dentis revision that I didn't need and didn't requested.
