Most def won't be going back. When I stayed here, the dresser in our room just fell apart, not to mention theold in the bathroom shower area, the caulk also peeling away. The place needs a huge renovation. Noticed parts of the drywall coming off with a powder like residue. Not safe with kids or for anyone in general. Our curtain when we unwrapped it the hinge fell off the wall as of it wasn't even bolted in. The beds were comfy but my daughter had bites on her body in the morning, assuming it was bed bugs.. the location was ... read more
If you want a 5 star motel with a view Eddy's is the stay for you. The customer care is is top of the line, the rooms are comfort,style and views al in one. Every where you walk is a waterfall stream, hidden hammocks and beautiful landscaped flower beds and creative art. Flowers in front of every room and outdoor swings and furniture to die for. We will definitely be back! What a great location and welcoming place to stay. Eddy was fantastic. This was a last minute booking for us and he was accommodating and helpful. The MASSIVE delicious chocolate chip cookies waiting in our room for us were worth the stay alone. Nice touches like a full size coffee pot with good coffee, complimentary bottled water, bags of chips and bedside chocolates are a nice touch for a tired Traveler. Eddy goes above and beyond greatness as a host and owner. This quaint motel is directly across the street from the water, where there is a beach to relax and swim. There are paddle boats to use, free of charge. He leaves snacks(some homemade- the banana bread is amazing) in the office. There is also refillables for coffee and cream. Need ice?
