It takes FOREVER for someone to answer the phone, then after 30 mins of waiting you have to wait another 10 minutes for them to figure out "the new system" (must be 3 new systems within the past 2 years?). THEN, they call you back a week later to re-schedule, but they can't figure out how to do that. So THEN, you have to get a call back from someone else to reschedule, THEN they have to call you back to tell you, that you have to reschedule AGAIN!
