My care provider is Vidda Simpson and I can say without hesitation she is a exceptional doctor she genuinely cares about her patients and on each visit takes her time and patience and actually listens to you and is very reassuring that she will provide the best care .
1st time at east jeff women’s care i was scheduled for a check up and blood work . and the nurse refuse to do my blood cause it was “30 mins before the end of her shift” 2nd their voice message says they treat their patients like neighbors but having to call 5 times in a week for them to RETURN my call is ridiculous and overall unprofessional.
Went for my yearly check up today and saw Mindy Quaintance she was awesome. I really felt comfortable asking questions and she listened to everything I had to say. The ladies in the front to Ciara that took me to the back they are all so nice. The vibe in the office felt very nice and warming. I'm praying I finally found my forever doctor here.
Personally I've never had issues with Dr Champlin and the staff. Everytime I've called I've always just left messages and the doctor would get back to me asap. Since MyChart has been implemented, I have fast results with sending messages and getting replies from him or his staff. I've delivered twice there and on my 3rd pregnancy and everyone including high risk has been amazing.
