I did not have a good experience at this rehab facility for the 2nd time going.They rush me and did not allow me to get the full therapy I need;(.... The supervisor is very dry face and slick side rude.I even had the occupational therapist jump back from touching me and grabbing sanitizer every time she touch something I touch.The only great experience I can say was the speech therapist and the scheduler.I do not recommend this facility for certain people 😭

During my multiple visits to this office, I had the pleasure of interacting with their staff, who were all professional, sweet, and friendly from the front desk to the therapists. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this physical therapy clinic, as it is one of the best in Metairie. I had the opportunity to work with Randy as my primary physical therapist for three months due to an auto accident. He was exceptional; very knowledgeable, professional, informative, easy to talk to, and provided immense relief. On the few ... read more

Outstanding experience to date. Staff members, Allan and David, have worked with my mother and she's noticably improving. Thorough and caring as well as good communicators.
