If I could give zero dollars, I would give it zero stars. We went to bring my 80-year-old mother to get an MRI. She’s had a major stroke so she cannot walk. As I walk up to the lady, I told her that my mom cannot walk, she will need help with a transfer And she said well what do you wanna do. I said what do I want to do? I want my Mother to have the scan that was requested by Neurologist. That was a stupid question. Would give zero stars!!! Was sent over by doctor at 12:20 still waiting at 1:55. Asked when I would have the procedure done because I was clearly overlooked and then told me they can fit me in in 40 min. Worst experience ever!!! Glad I asked because no one bothered to check on me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. Update: 40 min is now up and I’m still waiting. No one has updated me. I have good insurance but the staff told me that my insurance wouldn't cover a CT Scan and asked for my credit card instead of an insurance card. I asked how much would my insurance cover and she told me 0%. I was also bothered twice by phone before going there to tell me to bring payment. After receiving the scan I called my insurance and they told me that I am covered 100%. My insurance called this clinic and asked why but now I need to fill out the papers called Foreign Travel and wait for payment. The staff lied to me on... read more
