I'm very hurt and disappointed in the business today. Took time off from work to be cared for. Try to go to my appointment to get some test but couldn't cause I didn't have enough money for my copay. I asked for help at the office and guest services when I was there didn't they offer any financial assistant. You told me every department is different. I don't understand why. I’ve been to a few hospitals and this by far is the most terrible!!
woah should have read the reviews, i should have drove to harvey and gone to the other location, the nurse with the Karen haircut talks over you , and TBH trying to locate the ER after parking was a struggle, I can’t imagine what older pts are doing . Also I was roomed in a area with a curtain and a recliner chair lol
Terrible place! Hannah young doctor he was in his thirties. Look like he was in his twenties. He was very rude I had blurry vision on my left eye is what I went in for and I was concerned about a stroke and he asked me what are you worried about and then the nurse checked me in check my blood pressure. He was a big guy very rude he act like I was inconvencing him
