woah should have read the reviews, i should have drove to harvey and gone to the other location, the nurse with the Karen haircut talks over you , and TBH trying to locate the ER after parking was a struggle, I can’t imagine what older pts are doing . Also I was roomed in a area with a curtain and a recliner chair lol
I'm very hurt and disappointed in the business today. Took time off from work to be cared for. Try to go to my appointment to get some test but couldn't cause I didn't have enough money for my copay. I asked for help at the office and guest services when I was there didn't they offer any financial assistant. You told me every department is different. I don't understand why. It's a ashame I had to go home and wait with no response or to ever be seen today. I'm just trying to get help to see some Dr's and get the care that I n... read more
