RecommendedI have read the reviews and I see that there are a lot of "minor" complaints. I have none. Dr.Desai saved my life. I came in with an extremely high glucose number. He sent me straight to the hospital. I came in today for my follow up appointment and he said he will work with me to get my sugar under control. The young lady at the front desk even called to schedule me an appointment with an endocrinologist for next week because I needed to be seen right away and the next available is in November and I can't wait that long. They had no time for me even when I told them how sick I was. I told them I had bronchitis.. Refused to schedule me a appt.
Used their online booking to make an appt for my self and my daughter on separated weeks and office unilaterally cancelled them because "the Dr.'s schedule has changed" although their booking engine allowed it. When i said their alternative appt time was unacceptable and that I would take my business elsewhere, they were un-phased that they had lost two new patients to another practice.
