Worst experience ever. Was reccomended to come here by the ER department and dr Lee was expecting me due to a hair on my ear drum. He said come on in it will take less than 1 minutes to get the hair out. I drove 45 minutes there and he refused to see me and had no time and said he can squeeze me in if I had 500 cash on me. Very corrupt unprofessional buisness that will lie to steal your money. Do not reccomend.
Dr. Lee is the best! Amazing surgeon and wonderful person. Thank you so much. We are blessed to have such an experienced otolaryngologist in Idaho Falls. You’re in good hands with Dr. Lee. Very thorough and caring. Highly recommend.
I had surgery one week ago by Dr Richard Lee. Recovery has been better than I expected and I'm feeling great! I highly recommend going to this office for your ENT needs. I have been pleased with the whole process, the office staff, and the surgery itself. Dr Lee did an excellent job and his patient care is awesome!
I had scheduled a appointment for today, 10/21/25 at 10 AM. Apparently the receptionist was adamant i had my appointment yesterday, which i couldn't match since my morning was very busy. Totally unprofessional.
Wonderful practice! My son has been a patient for 7 years as well as myself. We love Dr. Lee and Ben his P.A. They are amazing and take great care us. All of the staff are helpful and kind. Highly reccomend if you need an ENT. Update: Now 8 years and still living this practice! Just had allergy testing done and am starting treatment! All in less than a month Fast, caring, reliable, one of the best in town!
