I will never take my pets back to East Holland Vet. clinic. They are opinionated and have no compassion for your pet. If its what they want to do they will lie to get you do what they want weather it is in the best interest of your pet or not. My pet will never be the same happy go lucky girl she was before I took her there.

I felt completely at ease.

They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I went to Dr. Heidema because he was recommended to me by another veterinarian in my area. He is very caring, with many years of experience. His clinic tries its best to keep costs reasonable, which I really appreciate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend his clinic to anyone who asked. - Lois Tverberg

No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
