Roaches and if you move to one part of the unit they have a BUNCH of trash in the back
me and my sister lived here for 5 years! i've seen 5 killings and over 50 shooting since i've lived here. if you have kids choose some place else to raise your family because these apartments aren't it!!!!! im making this review today because another shooting just happened and this time bullets hit my sisters house while the kids was in it.... DO BETTER EASTHILL !!!!
The lady “Sonya” the manager has horrible customer service skills, I call every week at the same time and April always helps me and very polite but this the first time Ive gotten a “manager” on the line. And what a horrible attitude she has, and doesn’t want to help. If anything highly recommend April to take control. Because she’s there to help people, unlike Sonya.
I've been waiting almost 3 months for a screening they say, I have turned in all documents and was sent a letter saying the unit was available. That's why I took the documents there. When I called last week all the lady could say is someone would be calling me. They are not for the people. Why drag your feet when some of us need a home. I think it's disgusting to put ppl off like that and then give no real answer.
