The lady “Sonya” the manager has horrible customer service skills, I call every week at the same time and April always helps me and very polite but this the first time Ive gotten a “manager” on the line. And what a horrible attitude she has, and doesn’t want to help. If anything highly recommend April to take control. Because she’s there to help people, unlike Sonya.
I've been waiting almost 3 months for a screening they say, I have turned in all documents and was sent a letter saying the unit was available. That's why I took the documents there. When I called last week all the lady could say is someone would be calling me. They are not for the people. Why drag your feet when some of us need a home. I think it's disgusting to put ppl off like that and then give no real answer.
Do not move here they got snakes, rats , ppl climbing in windows they rude disrespectful I got stabbed over there and they put me out them kids walking around with knifes.fightings ,bee infestation mice infestation
I regret that I moved here I have not being here a year yet . But I do know this is not a safe place for children. Then the other tenant don't respect the other people around them.. I am ready to go I want out my lease agreement now..so I can leave. All they care about is the rent money and they let any and anyone move here
