We maintain a huge selection of Subaru vehicles. The purchase experience was ok (3.5 out of 5) but the trips to the service department have been a problem. The radio has a fault that causes Sirius to lose its authorization. After working with Sirius I took it to Subaru and they were unable to fix it. I had an appointment and they eventually performed a 5 minute service resetting the radio which did not help while I was in the waiting area for over 3 hours.
