My wife and I bought a car form East Hills Subaru in May. Jeff Olson was incredibly helpful in helping us find a car that worked well for us. Even after we bought the car, I thought there was a problem with it and called him (I accidentally put the floormat over the gas pedal... there was no problem with the car...) Even though I was upset and this issue was clearly my fault in the end, he was incredibly kind and helpful through the process. Would highly recommend. We love our Subaru Crosstrek.
This is my third vehicle from East Hills Subaru. I just purchased a 2025 Forester Touring Hybrid from Jeff Olson. Dealing with Jeff was a very positive experience. He is personable, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I was very comfortable during the entire purchase.
My sales person was Jesse and he was great from beginning to end for a purchase of a used subaru. The process was very smooth and straightforward. They didn't make me wait forever like other dealerships and we loved the direct approach. Picking up the car was smooth as well and the finance manager did a great job too. He even offered tips on how to maintain the vehicle. This is one of my go to dealerships for my next car.
East hills is awesome. Jeff Olson our salesperson is great. Service is fantastic too. We had a car at Star Subaru for 6 days and they couldn’t fix it. Had it towed to East Hills and good in 4 hours!
We got our Crosstrek and really felt good at this store. Jeff Olson and team where great! Courteous and extremely helpful in explaining the Subaru brand. Jeff spent a good amount of time showing/explaining the Crosstrek and setting us up with the Subaru App...Big thanks to all and certainly recommend this store for a Subbie!
