I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel others should know. My car battery died in a nearby parking lot, and since this shop was close by, I went in and politely asked if someone could give me a quick jump. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I came in for a rear brake job and within about a month I started having issues again — noise, heat from the rear wheel, and clear signs something wasn’t right. When I returned, I was told both rear calipers needed to be replaced for an additional cost of about $800. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. As of May 24, this station is charging $1.90 PER GALLON extra for full serve regular. That's $1.90 more than self serve if the attendant pumps your gas. I wouldn't trust this station with any repair of my car because their ethics are substandard to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

Went in to have tires rotated and Rebalanced. East Hills called me back an hour later and says I need four new tires. . The car just passed inspection a month earlier and the Tires are fine. I went to another place they balanced and rotated them no issues. Scam Garage

Do not come to this shop, very unprofessional. I wanted to replace my car’s tires with snow tires of the same size and model as the ones currently on my car. After removing my tires, this shop claimed the size was incorrect and said they couldn’t replace them. However, they still charged me for installing one tire. I went to another shop, and they replaced the tires immediately without any issues. The tires have been fine ever since.
