The Springs is such a small close knit rehab where they provide excellent care to all their residents. The facility is up to date and beautiful. Would highly recommended to someone needing short term rehab or private pay long term placement.
LPNs on the rehab unit is extremely difficult and unprofessional!!! Keep your family away from this place
