Joyce and I enjoyed a delightful meal with residents of the watermark. The meal was scrumptious and the residents were cordial and answered numerous questions . Thought it was a great " meet and great" concept.
By far the most caring individuals we have ever encountered. Such empathy and passion for all the patients.
The Watermark at East Hill is fabulous. My husband was recovering from many complications due to surgery. He had been to several skilled nursing facilities each one worse than the last then we found The Watermark. It was a game changer for us. When we met Jennifer, the Clinical Liaison we were immediately put at ease. Her kindness and compassion was exactly what we needed. Each staff member treated us like family We were truly blessed to find the watermark.
I’ve been a patient at The Watermark at East Hill since August 1, 2024. From the first day it has been exceptional. The admission went smoothly. Jennifer in administration helped make the transfer from the hospital very smooth. The room I was assigned was very clean and equipped with walker and wheelchair. What a beautiful facility with such a professional, caring staff! Chelsea, Jenn and the whole entry staff go well over and above to help in such a sensitive time for families. They personally reach out daily to make this transition easy.
