Beware, you must pay in full, whatever they decide to charge upfront - or they will KEEP your pet. When their credit computer glitched, they demanded $3k CASH. If we didn’t pay in full, the lien they placed on the dog would let them keep her. They did not disclose their credit processing was not available. They seemed bothered when I simply asked for insurance records. They say their computers are slow. We now commute to Santa Rosa Vet Hospital for treatment.
If there was six stars, I would give them six. What an awesome place to take your animal. They truly care about the animals. East Hills veterinarian clinic is amazing and the love and care they provide for each pet stellar. I took my dog in for a check up and to get him neutered, and they actually found a mass on his ear, which I didn’t even know was there. They even offered to do his toenails as part of the visit. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good bet to consider using them. This is definitely my go to place
