*Update* I would like to add that a female from the salon reached out, apologizing for my experience on Saturday. There were no excuses made and she was very friendly. She apologized very kindly and indicated a meeting with staff has taken place. Rushed experience I asked to cut my ingrown nails she said she doesn’t have time . I walked in at 4 and they don’t close till 7 HORRIBLE WILL NEVER COME BACK
these people are great at what they do do it’s very unfortunate I will not be able to go back in there . They are not health conscious whatsoever they have synthetic fragrance plug ins everywhere and they soak their hot towels in fabric softener (which I wouldn’t let them put on me) all of it carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting . One of the best pedicures I’ve gotten! So relaxing and gentle. Did not feel rushed at all. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
Came in for a pedicure and it was the best I’ve ever had. Kim was so detailed and took her time to provide a wonderful experience. The place is so relaxing and everyone was so kind!
