I moved from Oswego County to Liverpool but work full-time in Auburn and have been calling around trying to schedule an appointment for a new primary care provider since Oswego Health booted me after they failed to tell me that my old doctor left the practice. So, needless to say, it's been a headache. I love this place. I come here for my primary and mental health and they're amazing. They're all very friendly and kind. I'm not a big fan of therapy, but my therapist makes me feel very comfortable. And I get nervous being at any doctor's offices, but my primary and the nurses all make me feel very at ease. They all know me by name and seem happy to see me. I get anxious going pretty much anywhere but here.
update: im on biopsy number 4 and heading to u of r’s cancer center for further testing. 😆 you should all lose your ability to practice medicine! :) original review: I was a long-time patient here, through some hairy parts of my life, and decided to stick with them even when I got better insurance a few years ago (this place is a total Medicaid-mill, systemic issue, anyways).
