Had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Erin, my hygienist, was amazing—she should’ve been a surgeon with how delicate and precise she was. I actually felt relaxed in the chair, which says a lot. Overall very pleased.
A very welcoming environment, staff are knowledgeable, competent and accommodating. I needed an extra long appointment as it had been 12-18 months since my last cleaning; I was offered more than one to split the appointment up given my TMJ issues. My first visit left me feeling extremely comfortable and happy with the entire process.
The expertise of the dentist in creating a positive and pain-free tooth extraction is matched by the professionalism and courtesy of the reception staff. I rate this dental clinic best in the Quinte area.
