EHR Resident The EHR is a beautiful place to live. The community and schools are wonderful! However - the HOA & Karen C (who sends the violation notices) have gone way to far. They send out notices every single month over the littlest of things. Homeowners do not even have time to take pride in their own home before Karen sends a notice. Example - if you have a tree limb that has begun drooping...before you can ask your gardner to fix it, you already have a notice in your box. EHR - Way to aggresive I have lived in EHR for over 12 years. The past 3-5 years we have seen a complete disconnect with the Association and the community needs. The EHR has made poor decisions and is now too aggressive with their warning letters. If it rains - you'll get a please weed notice. We were stunned I mean did they expect ... read more

EHR Blows! Need I say more?? This place is terrible to own. The EHR needs reform.Residents are constantly ticketed for petty incidents. We pay for security, yet when I called for a disturbance about car vandalism, I was told to call the Sheriff Dept.I called due to a disturbance on the horse trail & the return call stated they are not responsible for patroling the horse trail, I need to call the Sheriff, but funny thing is the EHR claims one of the benefits is the use of their private horse trails. If you register your vehicl... read more
