Experience with trying to get an appointment after East Hawaii Urology received and accepted a referral from primary care office for gentleman with PSA 26.6 was a Nightmare. MRI already scheduled by PCP. We spoke to them for 5 weeks with no response and difficult communication if they answered the phone at all. MRI showed neoplasm and need for urgent care. I went to a urologist here for interstitial cystitis, they gave me a low acid diet, and I came once a week for months to hook up to their tens machine. It didn’t do anything for me and I suffered from ic a total Of 7 years. A girl on Reddit told me that she cured herself doing a low oxalate diet. I did one and completely cured myself in one month. Drs just aren’t that good anymore if you have a serious issue you need to go to the best naturopath you can find. I regret not going to more naturopaths sooner
All the people who answer the phones should be fired!!! They do not care at all !!! It took over 3 months to get an appointment. Once I got an appointment it is 4 months more wait!!! They are worthless, careless and heartless. I am definitely filing a complaint.
