Well what can I say. Finished a visit then I went as instructed to do fasting labs 2 days later however, the clinic did not send the order for labs. In fact the nurse said that my chart was incomplete and there were no labs ordered so when i asked if they could check with the dr they said that they would but unsure how long that would be. Been about 15 business days. Looking for their Dr is like an egg hunt. Staff is always friendly. They have been so accommodating when needing same day appts. They have never failed to get my keiki in there the same day. This is exactly what we needed in Hilo. Kind and compassionate care - quick.
We are on a 16 day cruise and I was miserable by the time we reached Hilo. Went to this walk-in clinic, and the people are AMAZING! The guy who checked me in even gave me photos of the Kilaeua Volcano erupting! The staff were fast and efficient, AND, they took my insurance from Missouri! I paid $50. Turns out I have Influenza A. I was able to pick up my scripts right across from the clinic for $35. They gave me a shot of steroids, and they were so good to me! Caring, friendly, and patient! Staff was GREAT! Courteous, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable. Pharmacy was directly across the street, and they already called my prescription in. Fastest service I have ever received at an urgent care facility. In and out in under 30 minutes.
