I was very disappointed with two east Hawaii urgent care locations. I injured my hand around 15:30 on Saturday 26 April, 2025, and went to Pahoa Urgent care which indicated that it was open until 17:00. I arrived at 16:30, no one was waiting for service and the receptionist told me that they didn’t have enough time to see me. I’m not sure why they were “open” if they weren’t taking patients. Lock your door and turn on the closed sign… I then googled for another location, Hilo office across from the hospital was “open” ... read more
