Don't listen to the horrible people that may have had a bad experience. I use them on a weekly basis and I am very happy. Had one issue in two years and they made good. Just don't be a jerk and they will work with you.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NOT NICE AT ALL, DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. DO NOT GO THERE.
