Been bringing my dogs (border collie, English bull terrier) to Dr. Reagan here for 4 years now. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The vet techs are the same - they care about the animals they see. The receptionist (Dawn) is competent and just generally a nice person. The atmosphere is non-stressful, quiet and NOT chaotic - my dogs do not mind going to the vet!
Dr. Reagan & all the staff on East Haddam are wonderful. Dr. Reagan is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions and concern. Highly recommend!
East Haddam Vet Clinic is the kind of vet office you only get in small local towns and after years of support from the community. I haven't been to a vet office quite as caring and uplifting as East Haddam. The staff were so caring and the doctor was the most understanding, nurturing, and calm doctor I have ever had to pleasure to meet. Dr. Regan is excellent. He is knowledgeable, kind and he always receives my German Shepherds with a genuine smile ! I give him 5 stars 🌟
Dawn(a) is an angel at the front counter, we love seeing her. She remembers our puppers names. The doctored have seen the last few visits has been so kind and courteous Dawn or Dawna (front desk) or I'm not sure which is her name and I feel awful but, she is amazing and I LOVE seeing her. She knows us and our dogs. She is kind and funny, we adore her. We brought Echo is the other day and she is great. The vet is incredible, he has seen our dogs the last few visits and he is just so kind, smiley, and sweet to our pups
