The staff is all very friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
I have had such wonderful experiences here with the clinical staff for many years, but recently had a horrible experience with the receptionist and will not be returning to this practice because of it.
East Haddam Dental was great! I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years. Sherry the front desk assistant was so wonderful! I was worried about making an appointment due to having a 1.5year old and being a stay at home therefore having to plan for child care. She assured me that my daughter wouldn't be a problem and that if needed she would hang out with her while I got my health back up to date!
