Beautiful development with great outdoor space. Appealing architectural style, but mostly wood exteriors, so expect repairs needed in the next 3-7 years. Haven't seen interiors, but I imagine they're pretty nice. Access to Greenway and park-like community grounds is the big appeal for this development. Lowest sitting house seems to be above the 2010 flood area. Kudos for that! Priced above Nashville's median income range, so it's another unaffordable housing project for most local folks.
