Russ and Lacey came to fix a leak from our hot water cylinder and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived promptly, were thoroughly professional, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. Their knowledge and willingness to explain everything clearly was greatly appreciated. We had 2 A/C units fitted. From quote to completion took 10 days (3 days install), and was completed in a professional and courteous manner by Nathan, Russ, Lacey and Craig. Everything was done by the team, even furniture removal. Costs were competitive with 2 reputable systems fitted. All in all we are very happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation in using and recommending East Goscote Plumbing/Electrics again.
