Many thanks to EGP & Andy in particular for the great work in diagnosing & fixing issues with the hot water system in the house. Communication was great and the work itself was very impressively done. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
We have just used EGP to install a new boiler. From the quote through to the installation, the service we received was excellent. Nathan and Gary did a superb job of installing new pipes, flue and boiler, working tirelessly in the 30 degree heat. Absolutely sterling service from Gary! From the moment I sent a request via the website, Gary responded to my questions via Whatsapp and was able to establish what the issue was with our boiler. He gave us a time/date and cost and arrived on time to carry out the work. Very polite, respectful of the property and got the job sorted within the hour. Russ and Lacey came to fix a leak from our hot water cylinder and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived promptly, were thoroughly professional, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. Their knowledge and willingness to explain everything clearly was greatly appreciated. Gary came out to service the boiler and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how to get the most out of the system. He shared lots of useful tips on how to run it more efficiently, which I really appreciated. Excellent service—highly recommended!
