I contacted East Goscote Plumbers for help when my boiler pressure dropped out - leaving our house with no hot water. Within 24 hours, two plumbers were at our house diagnosing the issue. The required part was ordered and speedily fitted the very next morning! Thank you Garry & Sam!! Real top guys. Keep up the good work!
Russ did an excellent job fixing a number of issues for us, including problems with our shower, toilet, and stop tap. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he explained everything clearly along the way. We really appreciated his reliability and friendly manner – nothing was too much trouble. Contacted East Goscote following visits from three other plumbers who gave various reasons why the wouldn't or couldn't make the repairs we wanted. Was offered an appointment the next day, rates were explained and was promised a call prior to plumber visiting with ETA. Got the call and Andy arrived exactly when stated. We had a new filling loop installed on our Gloworm Combi boiler. Apprentice Sam took care of this under the tutelage of Gary. Dealt with the issue in no time at all and with minimal fuss - and then completed an annual service for good measure which was due for us anyway. Saw us on the same day of us raising the enquiry and called us when they were on their way. Great price and service. Couldn’t ask for more.
