This is the second time we have used EGP. This time round Richard came to fix our en-suite shower as the temperature control had stopped working. A new temperature cartridge was fitted by Richard and now we have a fully working shower. Richard was friendly and professional and we would recommend EGP for anyone who needs the services of a plumber.
We had 2 A/C units fitted. From quote to completion took 10 days (3 days install), and was completed in a professional and courteous manner by Nathan, Russ, Lacey and Craig. Everything was done by the team, even furniture removal. Costs were competitive with 2 reputable systems fitted. All in all we are very happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation in using and recommending East Goscote Plumbing/Electrics again.
We have used East Goscote plumbers and electricians for many years and have always been been happy with their work. We have just had a total bathroom refit done by Kelvin and he did a superb job. He was very professional, arrived punctually and worked very hard to leave us with an immaculately fitted new bathroom. We can wholeheartedly recommend him and the East Goscote company.
Kelvin came over to repair the silicone seal on a shower base that had been causing a leak. However, he quickly identified that the base was not correctly positioned and moved when weight was applied. He managed to get underneath to tighten the legs and also noticed a minor issue with the waste flow pipe, which he promptly rectified. A highly professional service, demonstrating excellent workmanship and a strong sense of duty and care.
Hardeep came to service our boiler today. He was very polite and friendly. He went through everything with me and showed me what he did. I would definitely book again next year. Thank you!
