We engaged East Gippsland Home Improvement to do two jobs. Install an external sliding door and construct/renovate a bathroom. The door was installed with no flashing as per required by building codes, the deck has never been finished and internal details had to be completed by us. About a month after the agreed bathroom commencement date EGHI had not started work. Very disappointing finish on the works taken place, 6 weeks over the time told it would be finished and spent over 36k to have chipped tiles, plaster job that isn’t stuck down properly and moves when you touch it, one painted barn door painted and one not, and a wall painted in the bedroom ( that wasn’t asked to be done ) that doesn’t go to the floor or the roof. Mark and his sons’ Jarrod & Sean were very professional kind and helpful finishing up a job another builder left in a mess. Thank you for taking care of finishing up my elderly mother’s disability bathroom and making it safe for her to use
