From the moment entered the office, I was greeted with a smile from all receptionist!! The NP and her assistant were very kind and explained my options and NP visited me after my procedure. The day I had my procedure, there are too many to thank, but Marcia and JJ were were phenomenal they explained every thing, held my hand during my procedure. I went there and Dr. Roundtree and his staff was wonderful. Very courteous, kind and helpful in every way. The service they provided help me greatly.
If i could give a ZERO i would. i should have read the reviews first!! i wasted my time and my money trying to seek help for chronic back pain and was not seeking DRUGS. the Nurse Practitioner is in fact rude and absolutely non-caring!! i underwent 1, let me say this agin, 1 "trial procedure" and it did not give the relief that i was so hoping for, so was advised to come back in and discuss other options and that nurse practioner just said, "theres nothing else we can do for you"... i was astounded!!
