i’ve been coming here for a few months now and seriously i can’t say enough good things. it doesn’t look like much from the outside but they know their stuff. the pharmacist actually remembers my name and always checks in to see how i’m doing, which is rare nowadays. wait times are almost nonexistent, i think the longest i waited was like five minutes and that was a busy day. pricing is fair too, which is honestly surprising for a smaller pharmacy. im definitely sticking with this place.
My in laws live in the Village this is my favorite place to come every time we visit! They have the cutest things in the retail part of the store! Recently we went from dollar store to dollar store looking for a bathing suit for my niece with no luck. I called East Gate Pharmacy and they had a cute little selection! We love this store highly recommend! And the people are so sweet!
The customer service here is exceptional! I use their App on my phone to keep track of my prescriptions and to request refills. It’s working great for me and my wife! They seem to always be fully staffed which impresses me the most. When I walk in the door they make me feel valued and appreciated! And they have a great relationship with our doctors. We are very fortunate to have Eastgate Pharmacy in our community, I recommend them 100 percent!
