Eastgate use to be a great pharmacy but it has fallen off. They use to deliver to my house and now they tell me they dont do it anymore. I have had to tell them multiple times to put mine and my families prescriptions on automatic refill. They use to and dont anymore. They also use to contact you when your prescriptions were ready for pick up. They do not anymore. I have even said something multiple times and they will tell you they did contact when they did not. I only use them now if it is an absolute emergency.

The employees are extremely helpful, the prices are competitive, and I definitely recommend East Gate Pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy in the entire Hot Springs Village area. No waiting, knowledgeable and friendly staff. CHOOSE THIS ONE on your insurance plan. You won't be disappointed.

i’ve been coming here for a few months now and seriously i can’t say enough good things. it doesn’t look like much from the outside but they know their stuff. the pharmacist actually remembers my name and always checks in to see how i’m doing, which is rare nowadays. wait times are almost nonexistent, i think the longest i waited was like five minutes and that was a busy day. pricing is fair too, which is honestly surprising for a smaller pharmacy. im definitely sticking with this place.
