If you like bad service over priced lot fees and no maintenance ran by a 5 foot tall sissy this is the place for you. Got no rule book of any sort when moved in a trailer i bought outright. but they will make up rules as they go and threaten you with eviction even if you own the trailer and pay lot fees on time every time. putting a small fence for 3 tiny dogs to use as a rest room and out door time on hot days to protect them from neighbor hood kids and the very large dogs pitbulls and other large breeds ( the only rule I w... read more
