Dru Platt, senior pool technician with East Freo Pool Supplies has the skill of a NASA engineer. Dru identified a basket slighty askew in my sand filter. This caused the flow of water not to be filtered, discharging dirty water back into the pool. For twelve months my backwash discharged clean water. It was a mystery and Dru solved it. And thank you Dru for your compassion in dealing with a mentally challenged pensioner.
