Was a patient of Dr. Cherciu for many years. Since the new Doctor took over I only saw him once. He spoke to me about 5 minutes and I felt like he treated me like a product in an assembly line. Night and day from Dr. Cherciu. Also beware they charged me 90 dollars to get my medical records. My new doctor never heard of this. The most they charge for a physical copy is 10 dollars.

I had a new patient visit when my dr’s practice closed. I booked it to see a DOCTOR but after waiting 30 minutes beyond my appt time (with an empty waiting room) in walked a nurse practitioner who went through my prescriptions and said they cannot fill any of them. I asked if I could see a doctor and she said “maybe next time” I said I booked the appt to see a DOCTOR as it was my first ever visit. I have been a patient at this medical practice for many years, originally seeing Dr. Doina Cherciu, MD. Her retirement was an enormous loss to her patients, as both she and her husband embodied what it truly means to be compassionate, thorough, and dedicated physicians. They never rushed through appointments, never left patients waiting unnecessarily, and never dismissed concerns. Their care was exceptional, and their absence is deeply felt.
