Excellent clinic, from the PA Fowler and Gammon to Dr. Kelly. Went there for a second opinion. They took the time to listen, and they showed me on my X-rays and MRI where my problems are AND what needs to be done to fix them. They performed surgery in Feb and just had my 6 week recheck. Things are progressing along just fine.
Such a positive experience. The staff is kind, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was so impressed by every aspect of my visit. Each person, from the nurse to PA, Cody and Dr. Kelly took time to explain my condition, treatment plan, concerns and expectations. Each step was addressed in a simple and straightforward fashion. I was completely impressed by this office. It is definitely a well oiled machine! Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff!
Incredible group of neurosurgeons. My 16 year old son had a brain bleed, these doctors took excellent care of him. I can never express enough gratitude to these surgeons.
I have always felt like an actual person/human being when I have visited this office. This seems to be misssing from so many other doctors offices that I have had to visit. I also have never left this office with any unanswered questions, I would recommend any one that has spinal issues to give them a call, it would definitely be worth your while to get an honest and in-depth opinion of what could be done to relieve your pain.
Through the entire process from initial visit to most recent visit has been very smooth. I’ve always felt staff was very attentive to my needs and their jobs. I really appreciate the ease of messaging and updates of scheduling and appointment reminders.
