Everyone at east Falls Neurosurgery is very personable and thorough. Very pleasant experience.
Thus far, Dr. Kelly and his entire staff from front desk to nurses and PAs have been very pleasant and very informative. I have a significant surgery coming up and the ease of conversation and willingness to answer my many questions have helped put me at ease. I felt like they spent all the time I needed to fully understand my issues and the corrective surgery plan to address them. Dr. Kelly and his PA spent a great deal of time with me, going over x-rays and MRI results, to explain what is causing my pain and the most effective ways to treat it. I left their office with more knowledge about my neck and lower back issues than I could have ever hoped for.
The staff is amazing and the doctor's are very informative to help you with your concerns, felt more confident to tackle what comes next. Thank you
Highly recommended for those who need a surgeon that specializes in backs. They talked to me as a human being. However there was a couple times that they spoke medical language I didn’t quite understand. But overall I grateful for all they did to help me.
