Dr S, and staff are very kind and thorough and helpful. They truly CARE about their patients well being and health. I'm never treated like a "number", but an actual human being with feelings and concerns.
In Dr. Kelly's office everyone is kind and professional. I was even able to get in earlier than expected.
I have to say I feel the best I’ve ever felt in the last 45 years. I am fused from the top of my neck down to my pelvis. Everyone in their office from the front desk to the girls in the back office all the PAs and especially the doctor are kind, courteous, and thoughtful. It has been the best experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend Dr. Schlauderaff if you have any kind of back or neck pain.
I have had two surgeries this year with Dr Kelly. From the beginning of my experience, I felt completely secure putting my health in his hands. His entire office, nurses and PA’s are very informative, compassionate and thorough. They are informed on your condition because they do their due diligence. They get all the information possible to guide you to the best solutions even if that means referring you to other doctors. I highly recommend East Falls neurosurgery and Spine.
We love this team. They are great with answering questions and any concerns. They are always very pleasant to speak with and are quick to get back to you.
