We spent Valentines Day in Jerilderie after an exciting happening the day before, which was Sunday. One of the spring hangers on our caravan had broken away which allowed the axle to skew and tyre blew out after rubbing on the body. We limped to East End Welding and stayed the night on their doorstep. Monday morning work started on the van and went most of the day as it was a big job. Handy hardware type store for a small country town. Range is much greater than other towns of a si.ilar size. Also an engineering work shop that provides an extensive range of fabrication and repairs
