Each time we have visited East End Vet Hospital with our kitty the care she has been given is thorough and thoughtful. The entire team takes the time to explain everything and listens to any concerns we have. We had a recent scare with our kitty eating something she shouldn't have and we rushed to East End Vet and she recieved that most amazing care. We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Tennakoon and the wonderful team at East End Vet Hospital. We know our kitty is in the best hands when we visit.
This Veterinary Hospital really cares about your fur family. A friend had brought in a cat who they thought was at the end of his life. He had lumps and was periodically in pain. The cat is 16 years old so it's easy to think the cat could be suffering. The Vet looked at the cat did a very thorough exam and said the lumps were actually fat and the cat had arthritis which was causing discomfort. The staff at East End Veterinary Hospital are wonderful! Very caring, compassionate and helpful. Dr. Tennakoon approaches his patients with genuine concern and kindness. He seems to be able to diagnose a illness based on visual analysis and common traits of the breed, and well do minimal testing to confirm. Rates are reasonable. One of the best veterinary hospitals I have been to in St. John’s . Dr. Tennakoon is very compassionate and takes time to address all your concerns . His diagnosis is top notch and he truly cares about his patients . I moved all my cats to his care and I couldn’t be happier. His team is absolutely amazing . They are always so kind, polite and empathetic. I highly recommend east end veterinary hospital .
I was here a while back when my pup cracked 2 teeth, and I have to say they were super accommodating and professional. Dr. Tennakoon, the vet techs, and reception were all helpful and attentive. It's a shame it's a fair drive a bit too far for it to be my go-to vet. However, I would highly recommend them!
