When I tried to set an appointment in the middle of the conversation I was hung up on and never got a return call. When I called back the fax machine kept going off. The secretary who set appointments and answer the phone sounds frustrated, doesn't respond to emails and will simple hang up on you. It happen twice to me. HUGE RED FLAG
Horrible practice, trying to push things on you, claimed that teeth sealing is standard of care for kids in the US [this is a lie], had receptionist, hygienist, nurse and doctor push it and make parents fill bad for not saying yes, there are plenty of other pediatric dentists in the Hamptson, don't go here
Disappointed and annoyed. My 2 kids had an appointment today at 2pm, picked them both up from school early, the school was having a drill and did not allow them to be out at the time I was scheduled to pick them up, life happens. Called the office while en route said we would be running 6 minutes late due to the school not allowing the kids out. Receptionist responds the hygienist leave at exactly 3pm, reschedule the appointment. How does anyone in the medical field know exactly when they will be able to leave?? What happens... read more
