Their units were fine and all, but we bought a unit from them and found a lock on it after moving our stuff in. Called them, said we hadn’t paid but we had the receipt saying we did. Showed it to them and they said we had to pay another $100 anyway cause they didn’t see it on their end, but they’d “knock off $25 for the inconvenience.” We ended up having to pay just to get access to our stuff - they completely ignored our receipt and didn’t care that we already paid them. Overall a very negative experience.
While using this service, I felt like my valuables were secure, any issues I may have had the customer service team handled promptly and courteously
