I never had an issue at this office. The receptionist was super friendly. The NP Carter is the professional who saw me. She's not for everyone... but she was real, honest, and just raw. For someone who is concerned for my health, I can appreciate how truthful she was with her treatment options. She held me accountable for my lifestyle habits and I honestly couldn't ask for more. Rude rude rude!!!
The doctors bedside manner is lacking at best. She berated my wife for eating fast food. My wife worked 8 hours that morning and was starving and the only thing in the area to eat quickly is fast food. So apparently it would be better to starve than to eat fast food. Never had any issues w this place or w these doctors. Mine was very nice and easy to talk to. Not sure who the other reviewers are referring to, they may be reviewing the wrong office.
