Great customer service! I ordered an arrangement for delivery and when they realized my friend was not home, they offered to make a new arrangement and deliver again when they came home! How great is that! Thanks again!

I placed an order for a bouquet of roses and chocolates to be delivered, but only the roses arrived on the requested day. I reached out to the company via Instagram to ask about the missing chocolates and to request a refund, but it's been two days and I haven't received any response.
