Very disappointing experience with Michael from East End Floor Sanding & Refinishing. Poor communication, unreliable service, and the quality of work did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I had a very bad experience with **East End Floor Sanding & Refinishing**. The service was extremely poor and the prices were way too high for the quality of work they delivered. I am very disappointed with the results and definitely not satisfied with the work that was done. On top of that, **Michael was completely unprofessional** throughout the process, which made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look for a more reliable and professional flooring company.

After calling several businesses for quotes, Mike from East End Floor Sanding & Refinishing was the only business that called back---and our we ever thankful Mike did! Mike was incredibly accommodating and quickly came to give us a quote. Mike showed up on time, gave us a reasonable quote, and scheduled a time to come back to repair and stain our floors.
